Job summary

My Wireless, an AT&T Authorized National Retailer, is seeking an Assistant Retail Store Manager to support and coach the team in delivering outstanding customer experiences and technology solutions. You will help manage day-to-day operations, staffing, inventory, and store appearance while driving sales and customer satisfaction.

This role offers strong base pay with commissions, ongoing training, career advancement, and benefits including health coverage, 401(k), and paid vacation.

Qualifications

• Management experience in retail or a similar field is required.
• Experience in a retail or customer-facing sales environment is required.
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays is required.
• Demonstrated ability to meet performance and operation standards is required.
• Ability to motivate, lead, and coach to results is required.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail are required.
• Bilingual ability is preferred but not required depending on location.
• Retail or customer-facing sales experience in telecommunications is preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old with a High School diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Execute and exceed on all sales and operation initiatives in a timely manner.
• Assist the Retail Store Manager in maintaining location operations, staffing, inventory, and appearance.
• Assist the Retail Store Manager in the development, training, and management of team members.

• Train and develop your skills to become a top My Wireless Retail Store Manager when opportunities arise.
• Maintain a fun, clean and exciting work environment for customers and team members.
• Work as a team member to exceed individual and team goals.
• Participate in marketing activities to maximize selling opportunities daily.
