My Wireless, an AT&T Authorized National Retailer, is seeking an Assistant Retail Store Manager to support and partner with the Store Manager in coaching a sales team and delivering outstanding customer experiences. Qualifications

• Management experience in a retail or wireless environment.
• Experience in retail or customer-facing sales.
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Proven ability to meet performance and operation standards.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Bilingual preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old and have a high school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Meet and exceed personal performance goals and AT&T standards.
• Execute and exceed sales and operation initiatives in a timely manner.
• Assist the Retail Store Manager with location operations, staffing, inventory, and appearance.
• Assist in development, training, and management of team members.
• Help customers make buying decisions by delivering outstanding customer service.

• Maintain a fun, clean and engaging work environment for customers and staff.
• Collaborate with the team to exceed overall goals and contribute to marketing efforts.
