My Wireless, an AT&T Authorized National Retailer, seeks an Assistant Retail Store Manager to support the Store Manager in coaching a team and delivering expert customer experiences across AT&T products and services. Responsibilities

• Meet and exceed personal performance goals and AT&T standards.
• Execute and exceed on all sales and operation initiatives in a timely manner.
• Assist the Retail Store Manager with location operations, staffing, inventory, and appearance.
• Assist in development, training, and management of team members.
• Help customers make buying decisions by delivering outstanding service.
• Train and develop skills to advance to My Wireless Store Manager when possible.
• Maintain a fun, clean, and energetic work environment; work as a team to beat goals.
