My Wireless is seeking an Assistant Retail Store Manager to support the Store Manager in coaching a high-energy sales team and delivering outstanding customer experiences with AT&T products and services. You’ll help lead daily operations, training, scheduling, merchandising, and goal attainment while maintaining an engaging, friendly store environment.

This role requires strong leadership, retail or customer-facing sales experience, flexible hours, and excellent communication to motivate staff

Qualifications

• Management experience in a similar field (Required).
• Experience in retail or customer-facing sales environment (Required).
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays (Required).
• Demonstrated ability to motivate, lead, and coach to results (Required).
• Bachelor’s degree (Preferred).

Responsibilities

• Meet and exceed personal performance goals and AT&T standards of performance.
• Assist the Retail Store Manager in maintaining location operations, staffing, inventory, and appearance.
• Assist the Retail Store Manager in the development, training, and management of team members.
• Helping customers make buying decisions by delivering outstanding customer service.
• Maintain a fun, clean and exciting work environment for customers and team members.
