My Wireless, an AT&T Authorized National Retailer, is seeking an Assistant Retail Store Manager in West Orange, TX. You will assist the Store Manager to coach and lead the team while delivering expert customer service and promoting AT&T products and services.

Formación

• Management experience in a retail setting is required.
• Experience in retail or customer-facing sales environments is required.
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays is required.
• Proven ability to meet performance and operation standards.
• Ability to motivate, lead, and coach to results.
• Bilingual abilities are preferred depending on location.

Responsabilidades

• Meet and exceed personal performance goals and AT&T performance standards.
• Execute and exceed on all sales and operations initiatives timely.
• Assist the Retail Store Manager with location operations, staffing, inventory, and appearance.
• Assist in development, training, and management of team members.
• Help customers make buying decisions by delivering outstanding service.
• Train and develop skills to become a top manager when opportunities arise.
• Maintain a fun, clean and exciting work environment for customers and staff.
• Collaborate with team to exceed individual and team goals.
• Participate in marketing activities to maximize daily selling opportunities.
