Job summary

My Wireless, an AT&T Authorized National Retailer, seeks an Assistant Retail Store Manager to support coaching and leading a sales team focused on delivering outstanding customer experiences and technology solutions.

You will help manage location operations, staffing, inventory, and performance, with a strong emphasis on customer service, training, and career growth within the My Wireless network.

Qualifications

• Management experience in a similar field
• Experience in retail or customer-facing sales environment
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Demonstrated ability to meet performance and operation standards
• Ability to motivate, lead, and coach to results
• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
• Bilingual (Preferred)
• Bachelor’s degree preferred
• Retail or telecommunications sales experience preferred
• Experience prospecting through outbound calls
• Must be at minimum 18 years of age, with high school diploma or equivalent

Responsibilities

• Meet and exceed personal performance goals and AT&T standards of performance
• Execute and exceed on all sales and operation initiatives in a timely manner
• Assist the Retail Store Manager in maintaining location operations, staffing, inventory, and appearance
• Assist the Retail Store Manager in the development, training, and management of team members
• Helping customers make buying decisions by delivering outstanding customer service
• Training and developing your skills to become a top My Wireless Retail Store Manager when the opportunity presents itself
• Maintain a fun, clean and exciting work environment for customers and team members
• Work as a team member so together you exceed person and team goals
• Participate in marketing activities designed to maximize your selling opportunities each day
