My Wireless, an AT&T Authorized National Retailer, is seeking an Assistant Retail Store Manager to support coaching and leading the team in delivering outstanding customer experiences and technology solutions.

You'll work in a fast-paced environment with ongoing training, opportunities for advancement, and an uncapped commission plan tied to meeting sales goals. The role requires flexible hours and a passion for service.

Qualifications

• Management experience in retail or similar field.
• Experience in retail or customer-facing sales environment.
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Demonstrated ability to meet performance and operation standards.
• Ability to motivate, lead, and coach to results.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Highly effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Bilingual preferred depending on location.
• Retail or customer-facing sales experience in telecommunications preferred.
• Experience prospecting through outbound calls preferred.

Responsibilities

• Meet and exceed personal performance goals and AT&T standards of performance.
• Execute and exceed on all sales and operation initiatives in a timely manner.
• Assist the Retail Store Manager in maintaining location operations, staffing, inventory, and appearance.
• Assist the Retail Store Manager in development, training, and management of team members.
• Help customers make buying decisions by delivering outstanding customer service.
• Train and develop skills to become a top My Wireless Retail Store Manager when opportunity arises.
• Maintain a fun, clean and exciting work environment.
• Collaborate to exceed personal and team goals.
• Participate in marketing activities to maximize selling opportunities.
