Job summary

My Wireless is seeking an Assistant Retail Store Manager to support the Retail Store Manager in coaching a team and delivering outstanding customer experiences with AT&T products and services. You’ll drive sales while maintaining store standards and fostering a positive guest environment.

The role offers ongoing training, a path to store leadership, and benefits including medical, dental, vision, and 401(k). Strong communication and leadership skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Management experience in a wireless retail or similar setting.
• Retail or customer-facing sales experience required.
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Proven ability to meet performance and operating standards.
• Ability to motivate, lead, and coach others to results.
• Strong organizational and attention-to-detail skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Bilingual assistance preferred but not mandatory depending on location.

Responsibilities

• Meet and exceed personal performance goals and AT&T standards.
• Execute sales and operations initiatives in a timely manner.
• Assist Store Manager with location operations, staffing, inventory, and appearance.
• Develop and train team members; support coaching and growth.
• Help customers make informed buying decisions through outstanding service.
• Collaborate with marketing to maximize daily selling opportunities.
