Job summary

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma, GED or equivalent; Associate's or Bachelor's preferred.
• Experience: Internal Promote: 1+ years as a Shift Leader or 1 year as Assistant Manager; External Recruit: 3 years as Assistant Manager with some P&L responsibility.
• Knowledge/Skills/Abilities: 18+, English, strong interpersonal, basic math, analytical, organized; self-starter; good PC skills; valid driver's license and insurance.
• Physical Requirements: stand 85-95% of shift; lift 10-65 lbs; operate in a fast-paced restaurant.

Responsibilities

• Internal Service: Recruit, train, develop, and evaluate staff; ensure staffing and training; uphold My Promise to You and SPC; enforce policies and labor laws.
• External Service: Ensure guests receive exceptional experience; train staff; maintain food safety and cleanliness; respond to guest concerns.
• Higher Profits: Analyze performance with management tools; identify trends; implement action plans to increase sales and profitability; monitor costs and budgets.
