Wonder is seeking an Assistant Manager for our restaurant to support the General Manager in day-to-day operations, ensure food safety, deliver exceptional customer service, and maintain a positive team environment.

You will recruit and train staff, manage inventory, drive sales, deploy the team efficiently, and uphold standards across kitchen and dining room. This bench role offers flexibility across locations within the region.

Qualifications

• Requires at least two years of restaurant supervisor or management experience.
• Experience in a high-volume Quick Service or full-service restaurant.
• Ability to lead and develop teams of 15+ members.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Demonstrates professionalism and adheres to policies.

Responsibilities

• Assist General Manager in developing, engaging, inspiring, and motivating staff.
• Recruit and train top talent for the restaurant.
• Maintain clear communication regarding priorities, protocols, and changes.
