Wonder is seeking an Assistant Manager for one of our restaurants. You will support the General Manager in daily operations, lead a team, ensure food safety, and deliver outstanding guest service.

This bench role involves working across stores within a designated region; home location is assigned after MIT program completion, within 40 miles of Chelmsford, MA. Responsibilities include staffing, training, achieving budget targets, inventory control, and maintaining safety standards.

Qualifikationen

• 2+ years of restaurant supervisor/management in high-volume QSR or full-service restaurant.
• Proven ability to lead and develop teams of 15+ staff.
• Strong verbal and written communication; professionalism and adherence to policies.
