Wonder is seeking an Assistant Manager for a Wonder restaurant to support the General Manager in daily operations, ensuring food safety and exceptional customer service. You will help recruit and train staff, optimize floor coverage, manage inventory, and drive sales while upholding safety standards.

You will lead a team in a fast-paced environment, communicate effectively, and contribute to a positive work culture.

Qualifications

• At least two years of restaurant supervisor or management experience in a high‑volume Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) or full‑service restaurant.
• Ability to lead and motivate a team of 15+ members in a fast‑paced environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Must be at least 18 years old and legally authorized to work in the US.
• Must be able to lift 50 pounds and stand for a full shift.
• Open availability including nights and weekends; Food Manager Certificate as required by local health departments.
