Bojangles' in Pelham, AL is seeking an Assistant Manager to lead our team in the absence of the General Manager. This full-time role builds upon the Shift Manager position and requires open availability to support busy restaurant operations.

You will oversee production, inventories, guest service, and staff training, report to the General Manager, and assist in scheduling, interviews, and cash handling. Strong communication, integrity, and a guest-first attitude are essential.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years of age.
• Open availability.
• Shift or Assistant management experience in a Quick Service Restaurant.
• Valid state Driver’s License, automobile insurance, and own vehicle for management tasks.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsabilités

• Ensure adherence to Team Member responsibilities and support Shift Managers and Team Members.
• In the absence of a Shift Manager, perform duties listed for the role.
• Manage production, waste, inventory item counts, and cash reconciliation.
• Train new team members and conduct interviews/reference checks as needed.
• Assist General Manager and District Manager with scheduling and other duties.
