Job summary

Bojangles' is seeking a Shift Manager to lead our team during opening or closing shifts at our Montgomery, AL location. You will perform the same duties as a Team Member, plus oversee shift operations and guest service to ensure guest satisfaction.

The role offers both part-time and full-time opportunities, with emphasis on food safety, brand standards, and efficient restaurant performance under the supervision of the management team.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years of age.
• Availability to manage one or more opening and/or closing shift(s).
• Dependable and coachable.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests with a genuine smile and inviting spirit.
• Provide excellent guest service and meet customer needs promptly.
• Take orders and give directions using a headset (if applicable).
• Prepare and serve food according to brand recipes and quality standards.
• Follow food safety and sanitation protocols and keep the restaurant clean.
• Maintain cash, sales, and inventory records; manage shift operations.
• Train new team members and address escalated guest concerns.
