• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Open availability during all restaurant hours.

Responsibilities

• Recruits, trains, coaches, and develops management and team members.
• Ensures guest satisfaction and brand standards through daily operations.
• Maintains food safety, quality, and inventory management.
• Reviews financials and drives profitability through staffing and sales growth.
• Communicates with the District Manager and leads shift evaluations.
