Job summary

Bojangles' Assistant Manager position in the United States requires open availability and full-time commitment. The role builds on the Shift Manager position and supports the General Manager in achieving daily operational goals, including production, inventory, training, and guest satisfaction.

As a restaurant leader, you will manage duties in the GM's absence, supervise team members, and ensure adherence to policies while driving service excellence and efficiency.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years of age and open availability.
• Shift or Assistant management experience in a Quick Service Restaurant.
• Dependable and coachable.
• Valid state driver's license and active auto insurance with minimum liability coverage.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Lead the team in the general manager's absence and ensure adherence to responsibilities.
• Oversee production management, temperature logs, waste tracking and key inventory counts.
• Handle sales and cash reconciliation, and staff training of new team members.
• Address escalated guest concerns and perform banking duties.
• Assist with truck orders, deliveries, weekly inventories, scheduling and interviews.
