Job summary

Cafua Management Company is hiring an Assistant Restaurant Manager to support the Restaurant Manager in building a strong team and delivering great guest experiences. You will help recruit, onboard, and develop Crew and Shift Leaders while ensuring profitability and adherence to brand standards. The role requires basic computer skills, cash handling, and the ability to stand for long periods.

You must be authorized to work in the U.S. and fluent in English.

Qualifications

• Basic computer skills are required.
• Ability to count money and make change.
• Must be able to stand for 6+ hours.
• Authorized to work in the U.S. is required.
• Fluency in English is required.

Responsibilities

• Assist to recruit, hire, onboard and develop employees, maintaining staffing levels for projected sales.
• Communicate job expectations and ensure training per company guidelines.
• Hold team accountable for behavior and performance, address concerns promptly.
• Create and maintain a guest-first culture in the restaurant.
• Maintain safe, compliant environment with safety, food safety and sanitation guidelines.
