Job summary

Cafua Management Company is hiring an Assistant Restaurant Manager in the United States. You will support the Restaurant Manager in developing a capable team and delivering great guest experiences while helping drive profitable top-line sales.

You will recruit, train, and coach crew and shift leaders, ensure compliance with brand standards and safety guidelines, and lead initiatives to improve guest satisfaction and efficiency.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Open availability to work all shifts.
• Must be able to lift a minimum of 50 lbs and stand for 6+ hours.
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
• Fluent in English.

Responsibilities

• Assist to recruit, hire, onboard and develop employees and maintain staffing levels.
• Communicate job expectations and ensure training per guidelines.
• Hold team accountable for behavior and performance.
• Create a guest-first culture in the restaurant.
• Maintain safe, healthy environment and comply with laws.
• Ensure brand standards and systems are executed.
• Help implement action plans to improve productivity, quality and guest service.
• Review guest feedback and drive improvements.
• Control costs to maximize profitability.
• Adhere to cash handling procedures and inventory processes.
• Write crew schedules and monitor labor performance daily.
• Execute new product roll-outs including training and marketing.
• Drive sales goals and track results.
