Job summary

Cafua Management Company is seeking an Assistant Restaurant Manager to support the Restaurant Manager in building a strong team and delivering friendly guest experiences while driving profitable top-line sales.

You will recruit, train, schedule, and develop crew and shift leaders, enforce safety and quality standards, control costs, and lead product roll-outs and guest service initiatives.

Qualifications

• Basic computer skills required.
• Fluent in English required.
• Capable of counting money and making change.
• Must be able to lift a minimum of 50 lbs.
• Must be able to stand for 6+ hours.

Responsibilities

• Assist to recruit, hire, onboard and develop employees, maintain staffing levels.
• Communicate job expectations and ensure training per guidelines.
• Hold team members accountable for behavior and performance.
• Create and maintain a guest-first culture in the restaurant.
• Maintain safe, sanitary, and compliant environment per laws.
