Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 1-2 years supervisory experience.
• Excellent guest service skills required.

• Coach brand service behaviors—train, observe, feedback, celebrate.
• Monitor speed of service to meet guest expectations.
• Maintain welcoming, clean restaurant environment.
• Ensure product quality and operation standards are met.
• Partner with GM to create action plans to improve guest metrics.
• Review sales and scheduling to meet QSC targets.
• Ensure accurate daily numbers, cash handling and HACCP logs.
• Review inventory to optimize orders and reduce waste.
• Evaluate and implement cost controls.
• Monitor staffing and onboarding of new team members.
• Create and adjust schedules and onboarding processes.
• Implement actions addressing employee needs and assessments.
