Beyond Catering in Skokie, IL is seeking an Assistant Manager to lead our hourly team and deliver a premier dining experience for guests.

Under the direction of Senior Managers, you will train staff, enforce policies, manage shift planners, and help drive sales while maintaining strong hospitality standards. This role offers clear paths to future Restaurant Manager positions and opportunities for career growth.

Competenze

• Must be 21 years or older.
• 1–2 years of supervisory experience in restaurant or retail (QSR preferred).
• Ability to lead 10+ team members per shift.
• Some experience with budgets, payroll, revenue, and forecasting.
• Knowledge of commonly used restaurant practices, concepts and procedures.
• Strong administrative, multi-tasking, organizational, and prioritizing skills.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
