Beyond Catering, based in Lakemoor, IL, seeks an Assistant Manager to lead hourly team members and drive a top-notch dining experience. You will guide staff, execute training programs, and work with senior managers to manage daily operations and guest satisfaction.

Formación

• 1–2 years of supervisory experience in restaurant or retail (QSR preferred).
• Able to lead 10+ team members per shift.
• Experience with budgets, payroll, revenue, and forecasting.

Responsabilidades

• Adhere to established training programs.
• Guide and lead a motivated team toward success.
• Enforce policies, procedures, and controls.
• Assist with daily shift planners and checklists.
• Communicate new information and procedures to staff.
• Use the Management Communication Log each shift.
• Assist with training of new and existing staff.
• Aim to achieve sales targets.
• Identify revenue areas and development strategies to impact sales.
• Support advertising, marketing, HR and training materials.
• Manage and control direct expenses.
• Support a balanced corporate structure and family culture.
