Qualifications

• Must be 21 years or older (implied via management role)
• 1–2 years of supervisory experience in restaurant or retail (QSR preferred)
• Ability to lead 10+ team members per shift
• Experience with budgets, payroll, revenue and forecasting
• Knowledge of restaurant practices, concepts and procedures
• Strong administrative, multi-tasking, organizational and prioritizing skills
• Strong leadership and communication skills

Responsibilities

• Adhere to established training programs
• Provide guidance to the team and lead them toward success
• Enforce policies, procedures, and controls
• Assist senior management with daily shift planners and checklists
• Communicate new information and procedures to staff
• Use the Management Communication Log during shifts
• Assist with development and training of staff
• Aim to achieve sales targets
• Identify revenue areas and development strategies to boost sales
• Enforce and execute advertising, marketing plans, HR and training materials
• Manage and control direct expenses
