Job summary

Maritime Coffee Time in Annapolis Area is seeking an Assistant Restaurant Manager to support the Restaurant Manager, shift leaders, and team in day-to-day operations. The role covers floor operations, brand training, and ensuring compliance with Dunkin' standards and franchisee policies.

The candidate will lead team meetings, supervise training programs, and help drive guest satisfaction, profitability, and safe, sanitary operations.

Qualifications

• Basic computer skills.
• Fluent in spoken and written English.
• Basic math and financial management.
• Previous leadership experience in retail, restaurant or hospitality.

Responsibilities

• Able to perform all responsibilities of restaurant team members.
• Lead team meetings with Restaurant Manager.
• Oversee Brand Training Programs, schedule, train, validate, certify team and shift lead staff.
• Ensure Brand standards, recipes and systems are executed.
• Create and maintain a guest focused culture in the restaurant.
• Review guest feedback results and implement action plans to drive improvement.
• Communicate restaurant priorities, goals and results to team members.
• Support RM in new product rollouts including training, marketing and sampling.
