Perkins Restaurant & Bakery is seeking an Assistant Restaurant Manager to support the General Manager in daily restaurant operations, sales, and profitability. You will guide staff, enforce policies, and ensure outstanding guest experiences.

Responsibilities include planning manpower, training, cash handling, and maintaining safety and sanitation standards. This role requires leadership, communication, and a focus on teamwork within a busy dining environment.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years experience in a supervisory role, preferably in food service.
• High school diploma; some college or degree preferred.
• Effective communication with employees, guests and vendors in person and by telephone.
• Ability to coordinate multiple tasks simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Assist the General Manager in planning and analyzing administration and operations manpower.
• Aim to achieve plan profit levels while ensuring maximum guest satisfaction.
• Handle cash, credit card information, gift cards and related payments accurately.
• Plan and analyze unit manpower development and training for all employees, including subordinate managers.
• Assist in recruitment, training and new hire orientation across restaurant staffing.
