Responsibilities

• Directly supervise unit management and ensure guest satisfaction.
• Achieve planned profits while maintaining quality experience.
• Plan manpower and develop all employees, including management.
• Perform all restaurant functions as needed.
• Ensure proper menu prep, portioning and sanitation.
• Manage inventory, procurement, and cost controls.
