Qualifications

• One to two years previous experience in a supervisory role; preferably in the food service industry.
• Strong communication skills with employees, guests and vendors.
• Ability to coordinate multiple tasks simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Assist the General Manager in planning and analyzing administration and operations manpower.
• Achieve plan profit levels while ensuring maximum guest satisfaction.
• Handle cash, credit card information, gift cards and guest payments.
• Plan and develop staffing, including recruitment, training and onboarding.
• Ensure all menu items are prepared and presented to standards.
