Responsibilities

• Assist Restaurant Manager in daily operations and guest experience.
• Support floor operations and brand training programs.
• Provide strong, positive leadership to team for friendly guest experiences.
• Implement new product rollouts, training, and marketing with RM.
• Maintain safety, sanitation, and compliance with laws.
• Help control costs to maximize profitability.
• Complete inventory periodically as directed by franchisee.
• Manage cash handling and adhere to cash policies.
• Coordinate with Dunkin Brands Field Operations as needed.
• Onboard and develop restaurant team members; coach to drive sales and profitability.
