Responsibilities

• Fill in for Restaurant Manager as needed.
• Lead team meetings with Restaurant Manager.
• Oversee Brand Training Programs, scheduling, training and certification.
• Ensure Brand standards, recipes and systems are followed.
• Create and maintain a guest-focused culture.
• Review guest feedback and implement improvements.
• Coordinate with RM on product rollouts, training and marketing.
