The candidate should be at least 18, with 1–3 years of supervisory experience, a high school diploma or GED, basic computer skills, and reliable transportation.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of supervisory experience in food service or retail, with P&L responsibility.
• Basic computer literacy is required.
• Strong math and accounting skills for daily operations.
• Must be at least 18 years old and have reliable transportation.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Restaurant General Manager in running shifts and upholding Charter Foods standards.
• Ensure Team Members and Shift Managers complete all duties and manage inventory.
• Maintain financial accountability and safe, clean environment for staff and customers.
