Qualifications

• 1–3 years of supervisory experience in food service or retail with Profit and Loss responsibility.
• Must be at least 18 years old; High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Strong math, analytical and decision‑making skills; basic computer literacy.
• Able to sweep, mop, lift and move supplies; stand for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Support the Restaurant General Manager in running shifts to Charter Foods standards.
• Ensure timely, safe, quality food and excellent customer service.
• Manage inventory, cash handling and financial accountability.
• Train and guide Team Members and Shift Managers as needed.
