Job summary

Charter Foods is seeking an Assistant Restaurant Manager to support the Restaurant General Manager in running shifts and upholding Charter Foods standards. You will help manage inventory, ensure timely, safe, and quality food service, and guide Team Members to meet operational goals.

We value leadership, reliability, and a strong work ethic in a fast-paced environment where you will be responsible for 50-hour weeks and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of supervisory experience in food service or retail with Profit and Loss responsibility.
• 50-hour work week.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Basic business math and accounting skills.
• Must have reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Restaurant General Manager in running shifts and meeting Charter Foods standards.
• Ensure team members complete duties, manage inventory, and maintain financial accountability.
• Maintain a safe environment for employees and customers.
• Lead and guide others with a positive attitude.
