Charter Foods is seeking an Assistant Restaurant Manager to support the Restaurant General Manager and run great shifts. You will guide team members, monitor duties, and ensure adherence to brand standards while maintaining guest satisfaction.

The role emphasizes strong leadership, inventory oversight, and financial accountability, with a focus on safe, quality food and timely service in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• 1-3 years of supervisory experience in food service or retail with P&L responsibility.
• 50-hour work week.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred, but not required.
• Basic computer literacy.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Basic business math and accounting skills with analytical/decision-making ability.
• Ability to sweep, mop, lift up to 50 lbs, and manage cleaning tasks.
• Maintain a safe environment for employees and customers.

Responsibilities

• Support the Restaurant General Manager in running shifts and upholding Charter Foods standards.
• Oversee team members, assign duties, and ensure performance.
• Manage inventory, track costs, and uphold financial accountability.
