Charter Foods is seeking an Assistant Restaurant Manager to support the Restaurant General Manager, ensuring smooth shifts, accountability, and adherence to brand standards. You will lead team members, manage inventory, and uphold safety and quality in a fast-paced setting.

The ideal candidate has 1–3 years of supervisory experience in food service or retail, strong math and analytical skills, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs while maintaining a guest‑centric service mindset.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• 1–3 years of supervisory experience in food service or retail with P&L responsibility.
• 50‑hour work week.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred, but not required.
• Basic computer literacy required.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Strong business math and accounting skills; analytical/decision‑making abilities.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for 80% of shift.

Responsibilities

• Support the Restaurant General Manager in running shifts and maintaining Charter Foods standards.
• Ensure duties are completed by Team Members and Shift Managers; manage inventory and financial accountability.
• Guide and develop team members; uphold a safe environment for employees and customers.
• Adhere to brand standards and ensure quality, safety, and customer service on every shift.
