Qualifications

• 1-3 years of supervisory experience in food service or retail, with P&L responsibility.
• Basic business math and accounting skills.

• Reliable transportation and a willingness to work a 50-hour week.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Restaurant General Manager in running shifts and meeting Charter Foods standards.
• Guide and develop Team Members and Shift Managers to complete duties and maintain standards.
• Manage inventory and ensure financial accountability and safe, quality food service.
