Charter Foods is seeking a capable supervisor to support the Restaurant General Manager in running shifts and upholding Charter Foods standards. You will oversee Team Members, manage inventory, and ensure safe, timely delivery of quality food to customers.

You will lead with a smile, handle problems, and guide others, while meeting brand expectations and maintaining financial accountability. This is a full-time role based in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• 1-3 years of supervisory experience in food service or retail with P&L responsibility.
• 50-hour work week.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred, but not required.
• Basic computer literacy.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Basic business math and accounting skills, plus strong analytical/decision-making skills.
• Ability to sweep, mop, lift up to 50 lbs, and manage cleaning tasks.

Responsibilities
