Job summary

Charter Foods, a franchisee of leading brands in the Food & Beverage industry, is seeking an Assistant Manager to support the Restaurant General Manager in running great shifts and meeting Charter Foods standards and brand standards. As an Assistant Manager, you will take ownership and responsibility to solve problems with a smile, seek help when needed, and guide others.

You will ensure that Team Members and Shift Managers complete all assigned duties, manage inventory, and maintain

Qualifications

• 18+ years old and eligible to work in the US.
• 1–3 years of supervisory experience in food service or retail with P&L responsibility.
• 50-hour work week and reliable transportation.
• Basic math, accounting skills and strong analytical abilities.
• Basic computer literacy and ability to manage inventories.

Responsibilities
