Charter Foods is seeking an Assistant Restaurant Manager to support the Restaurant General Manager in delivering great shifts and ensuring Charter Foods standards. You will lead Team Members and Shift Managers, mentor staff, and help control inventory and financial accountability while maintaining a safe, welcoming dining room.

This role requires 1–3 years of supervisory experience in food service or retail, a willingness to work a 50-hour week, and a reliable means of transportation.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years supervisory experience in food service or retail with Profit and Loss responsibility.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• 50-hour work week.
• Basic computer literacy; strong math/analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Support the Restaurant General Manager in running shifts and meeting Charter Foods standards.
• Lead Team Members and Shift Managers; guide others and resolve issues with a positive attitude.
• Manage inventory and maintain financial accountability; ensure safe, quality food delivery.
• Maintain a safe, clean environment for employees and customers; uphold safety policies.
• Recognize opportunities for training and staff development to improve performance.
