Job summary

Charter Foods is seeking an Assistant Manager to help run shifts and uphold Charter Foods and brand standards. You will guide team members, manage inventory, and uphold financial accountability to deliver safe, quality food promptly.

You will support the Restaurant General Manager, work to solve problems with a positive attitude, and ensure operations run smoothly with a 50-hour work week and opportunities for advancement.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• 1-3 years of supervisory experience in food service or retail, including P&L responsibility.
• 50-hour work week.
• Basic business math and accounting skills.
• Basic computer literacy.
• Reliable transportation.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Assist in running shifts and meeting Charter Foods standards and brand standards.
• Take ownership to solve problems and guide team members.
• Ensure team completes duties, manages inventory, and maintains financial accountability.
• Deliver safe, quality food to customers in a timely manner.
• Maintain a safe environment for employees and customers.
• Support Restaurant General Manager in daily operations.
