Qualifications

• Supervisory experience in food service preferred.
• High school diploma; some college preferred.
• Strong communication with staff, guests and vendors.
• Ability to coordinate multiple tasks simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Assist General Manager in planning and analyzing operations.
• Achieve planned profit levels while ensuring guest satisfaction.
• Handle cash, credit card information, gift cards and related payments.
• Assist in staffing, recruitment, and employee training.
• Ensure menu items prepared and presented to high standards in a sanitary manner.
