Job summary

7-Eleven in the United States is hiring an Assistant Restaurant Manager to join our store leadership team. You will partner with the Restaurant Leader to supervise staff, ensure excellent customer service, and drive daily restaurant operations.

This role emphasizes health and safety compliance, food quality, and using P&L reports to improve performance. Strong computer skills (Word, Excel) and a high school diploma or GED are preferred, with at least one year of restaurant management experience

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of Restaurant Management experience preferred
• Ability to oversee restaurant conditions and ensure compliance with company policies and Health Department Standards
• Strong focus on product preparation, presentation and freshness of foodservice items
• Experience using P&L and store reports to drive changes
• Ability to read and interpret operating and maintenance documents

Responsibilities

• Oversee and provide customer service leadership, training, and coaching alongside the Restaurant Leader for all employees
• Ensure the restaurant meets health, safety, and brand standards
• Maintain proper food preparation, presentation, and freshness
• Analyze P&L and store reports to implement improvements
• Read and understand operating manuals and procedures
• Utilize Microsoft Word/Excel for daily tasks and reporting
