7‑Eleven, Inc. in the United States is hiring an Assistant Restaurant Manager to support the Restaurant Leader, supervise store staff, and ensure daily operations run smoothly while upholding health, safety, and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Oversee customer service leadership and coaching for all restaurant employees.
• Ensure restaurant compliance with company policies and Health Department Standards.
• Maintain proper prep, presentation, and freshness of all foodservice products.
• Use P&L and store reports to drive changes.
• Read and interpret operating and maintenance instructions and procedures.
• Proficient in MS Office (Word/Excel).
• High School diploma or GED preferred, but not required with 1 year of management experience.
• Ability to multi-task and lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and provide customer service leadership, training, and coaching.
• Oversee restaurant condition and ensure compliance with policies and Health Department Standards.
• Ensure proper food preparation, presentation, and freshness.
• Use P&L and store reports to drive positive changes.
• Read and interpret operating and maintenance instructions.
• Utilize/MS Office tools to manage daily tasks.
