7-Eleven is seeking an Assistant Restaurant Manager to join the team in a trainee role with full-time hours and leadership development opportunities. You will work with the restaurant leader to supervise staff, ensure service excellence, and uphold health and quality standards across all shifts.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required or minimum one year in restaurant management.
• Ability to read and interpret operating manuals and procedures.
• Strong customer service leadership and training capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee restaurant operations and ensure compliance with policies and Health Department standards.
• Lead, train, and coach restaurant staff alongside the Restaurant Leader.
• Use P&L and store reports to drive positive changes and maintain food quality.
