7-Eleven is seeking an Assistant Restaurant Manager to join our leadership team in a fast-paced retail environment. You will collaborate with the Restaurant Leader to train and coach staff, oversee daily operations, and ensure the restaurant meets all health, safety, and brand standards.

The role emphasizes operational excellence, people development, and the ability to analyze P&L data and store reports to drive improvements.

Qualifications

• Desire to oversee customer service leadership and coaching.
• Ability to oversee restaurant condition and health standards compliance.
• Experience with restaurant management and supervision preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee customer service leadership and coaching alongside the Restaurant Leader.
• Ensure restaurant complies with company policies and Health Department Standards.
• Maintain proper preparations, presentation, and freshness of foodservice products.
• Use P&L and store reports to drive changes in operations.
• Read and interpret operating and maintenance instructions and procedures.
