Job summary

7-Eleven in the United States is hiring an Assistant Restaurant Manager to join our store leadership team. You will work with the Restaurant Leader to supervise staff, ensure quality, and deliver excellent customer service.

This role offers full-time hours, opportunities for advancement, competitive pay, and benefits. Prior supervisory experience is helpful; a High School diploma or GED is preferred but not required with restaurant management experience.

Qualifications

• Strong customer service leadership and coaching experience.
• Ability to oversee restaurant operations and ensure compliance with health standards.
• Proficiency in reading P&L and store reports to drive improvements.
• MS Office proficiency, especially Word and Excel.
• High School diploma or GED preferred, or equivalent restaurant management experience.
• Ability to multi-task and stand for extended periods, lifting up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and provide customer service leadership, training, and coaching alongside the Restaurant Leader for all staff.
• Ensure restaurant condition complies with company policies and Health Department standards.
• Maintain food quality, presentation, and freshness across all products.
• Utilize P&L and store reports to implement positive change.
• Read and interpret operating and maintenance manuals and procedures.
