Job summary

7-Eleven, Inc. is seeking an Assistant Restaurant Manager to join our store leadership team. You will partner with the Restaurant Leader to deliver exceptional guest service, manage daily operations, and coach a team of frontline associates.

This full-time role emphasizes training, policy compliance, and use of store reports and P&L insights to drive performance. A High School diploma or GED and prior management experience are preferred. We offer competitive pay and opportunities for advancement.

Qualifications

• Minimum one year of restaurant management experience.
• Strong leadership and coaching skills.
• Ability to read and interpret store reports and P&L data.
• Proficient computer skills including Microsoft Word and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Oversee restaurant operations and ensure adherence to company policies and Health Department standards.
• Provide customer service leadership and coaching to all restaurant employees.
• Use store reports and P&L data to drive performance and identify improvements.
• Ensure proper food preparation, presentation, and freshness.
