Job summary

7-Eleven is seeking an Assistant Restaurant Manager to join our leadership team for the Restaurant Leader Trainee role. This full-time position offers hands-on management experience, competitive pay, and opportunities for advancement within a strong internal promotion culture.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED preferred, but not required with restaurant management experience.
• Minimum 1 year of Restaurant Management experience or supervisory background.
• Strong customer service leadership and coaching abilities.
• Ability to read and interpret operating and maintenance documents and store reports.
• Proficient with Microsoft Word and Excel; comfortable with POS systems.

Responsibilities

• Oversee customer service leadership alongside the Restaurant Leader to support team performance.
• Ensure restaurant condition complies with company policies and Health Department standards.
• Maintain proper food preparation, presentation, and freshness across all products.
• Utilize P&L and store reports to identify and drive operational improvements.
• Demonstrate ability to multi-task and adapt to fast-paced service environments.
