Job summary

7-Eleven is hiring an Assistant Restaurant Manager to support the Restaurant Leader with daily operations, training, and coaching of staff. This role emphasizes customer service leadership and adherence to company policies, health standards, and store SOPs.

You’ll help manage P&L, prepare reports, and ensure product quality, freshness, and presentation while leveraging growth opportunities within a fast-paced convenience setting.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED preferred, with at least one year of restaurant management experience.
• Desire to oversee and provide customer service leadership, training, and coaching.
• Ability to read and interpret operating procedures and health standards.
• Proficient with basic computer tools (Word, Excel) and store reporting.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and provide customer service leadership, training, and coaching alongside the Restaurant Leader.
• Ensure restaurant condition complies with policies and Health Department standards.
• Maintain proper food preparation, presentation, and freshness of products.
• Review P&L and store reports to drive improvements in operations.
