7-Eleven is seeking an Assistant Restaurant Manager to join our team and support the Restaurant Leader with daily operations, training, and customer service excellence. The role emphasizes managing staff, ensuring compliance with health standards, and maintaining food quality and presentation in a fast-paced setting.

Great candidates will have supervisory experience, strong coaching skills, and proficiency with basic computer tools (Word/Excel).

Qualifications

• Minimum one year restaurant management experience preferred.
• Strong customer service leadership and training abilities.
• Ability to ensure health standards and store policy compliance.
• Experience with P&L and store reporting.
• Proficient with basic computer tasks (Word/Excel).
• Willingness to multi-task and lift up to 50 pounds.
