Job summary

Raising Cane’s Chicken Fingers is seeking an Assistant Restaurant Leader to support the Restaurant Leader in daily operations and uphold our One Love culture in a fast-paced kitchen. You’ll lead guest-focused service while ensuring safety and quality across shifts.

Responsibilities include hiring and coaching hourly crewmembers, onboarding and payroll, scheduling, performance management, and acting as manager on duty. Benefits include weekly pay and structured incentives where applicable.

Qualifications

• Detail-oriented, organized and able to manage multiple priorities.
• Strong analytical, written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and able to learn new systems quickly.
• 3+ years of restaurant or retail management experience.
• Must be 18 years of age or older and have a valid driver’s license.
• High school diploma or equivalent; some college preferred.

Responsibilities

• Hires and terminates all hourly, non-management crewmembers.
• Owns onboarding, status change and payroll process for hourly crewmembers.
• Creates crewmember work and training schedules.
• Manages the performance of all hourly crewmembers (development, coaching, documentation).
• Acts as manager on duty and opens and closes the restaurant.
• Manages cash handling and ensures accountability.
